As we all know, amid this pandemic due to the virus, no one is permitted to step out of their shelters, but no worries as we all know that scientists are trying to develop a vaccine which can kill the virus. We just have to take precautions & it is necessary to do so . By doing this we are not only saving our lives, but also helping the government and especially the medical staff as they all are fighting against the virus fearlessly. We all should salute them for their hard work.
So, I have decided to tell you some tips that we can follow to keep ourselves mentally and physically fit and active. As children we can help elders in household work and decrease their work burden like fireless cooking, cleaning up the home, etc. Also during leisure time we can gain knowledge from the internet and read books. For all age groups, reading books of interest, doing exercise and yoga together and create peace of mind. As a family, we can also play indoor games such as snakes and ladders, chess, Ludo, carrom board, etc. Other than this, meditation is also a good option to relax the body and mind. People interested in playing outdoor games can also play those games which include minimum two players in it such as badminton, tennis, etc. By indulging in these activities our body will feel refreshed.
