Namaste!

I hope you all are doing good. As we all know that our scientists have launched COVID vaccine, but some people are unable to get it. COVID patients are also having lack of oxygen. In this situation we should follow the lockdown strictly. The cases are increasing day-by-day and the doctors are working very hard to recover the patients and also some doctors have lost their lives while fighting against COVID. In this situation if anyone of us gets infected, there’s no need to panic, just follow the medication description. If anyone catches viral fever, immediately get the COVID test done for yourself and your family and those who come in 18+ age groups, get yourselves vaccinated against COVID. I hope that this pandemic will end soon, till then take good care of yourself and your families and there are my best wishes with all the patients, get well soon and remain healthy.

As we all know, amid this pandemic due to the virus, no one is permitted to step out of their shelters, but no worries as we all know that scientists are trying to develop a vaccine which can kill the virus. We just have to take precautions & it is necessary to do so . By doing this we are not only saving our lives, but also helping the government and especially the medical staff as they all are fighting against the virus fearlessly. We all should salute them for their hard work.


So, I have decided to tell you some tips that we can follow to keep ourselves mentally and physically fit and active. As children we can help elders in household work and decrease their work burden like fireless cooking, cleaning up the home, etc. Also during leisure time we can gain knowledge from the internet and read books. For all age groups, reading books of interest, doing exercise and yoga together and create peace of mind. As a family, we can also play indoor games such as snakes and ladders, chess, Ludo, carrom board, etc. Other than this, meditation is also a good option to relax the body and mind. People interested in playing outdoor games can also play those games which include minimum two players in it such as badminton, tennis, etc. By indulging in these activities our body will feel refreshed. I went to Jalmahal with my parents and my younger sister. I had fun and enjoyed a lot over there. I clicked many photos & fed the fish. I clicked photos of Pond Heron, Egret, ducks, date tree, Cormorant & captured sun rays also. I also took a photo of the Jalmahal , it was a lovely photo. There was a layer of fog surrounding the Jalmahal. I had a very good experience over there.
